We understand that our customers have individual needs and so we have developed a range of services to cater for different situations.

You can register for our priority services if you:

  • Are blind or partially sighted
  • Are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Have a disability
  • Have a long-term illness
  • Have a child under the age of five living at home
  • Are in financial difficulty 
  • Have difficulty communicating

Our Priority Services ensure:

  • You are given priority in emergency situations
  • If your water supply is interrupted, then an alternative will be supplied within twelve hours
  • You receive documents in a different format (such as large reading print, braille, language translation if requested)
  • A nominated person can manage your water bill on your behalf
  • You can setup a password known only by our team, helping to prevent cold callers
  • You receive help and support if you are facing financial difficulties
